Embracing Our Differences invites you to participate in creating a society where diversity is embraced and individuality is celebrated. Become a part of this change by submitting your original art to Embracing Our Differences and its 14th annual international outdoor juried art exhibit featuring 45 billboard-size images measuring 16 feet (5m) wide by 12.5 feet (4m) high. Each work of art is created by local, national and international artists reflecting their interpretation of our theme “enriching lives through diversity.”
Nashville International Airport Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Public Art for the Consolidated Rental Agency Complex (CONRAC) Facility – Concrete Columns Project

The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority and Arts at the Airport invite artists to submit their qualifications to design and install a public artwork to be integrated onto 23 concrete columns leading to the Nashville International Airport’s Consolidated Rental Agency Complex (CONRAC). Artists must comply with the submission requirements described in this Request for Qualifications to be considered.

The Howard County Arts Council, located in Howard County, Maryland, is seeking up to 12 artists to participate in its 5th Annual Juried Public Art Competition for a temporary outdoor exhibit from August 2016-July 2017. HCAC will provide up to 12 artists with a $2,500 grant to cover the temporary loan, insurance, installation, de-installation, and repairs to selected sculpture. Call for Art: Field Experiment, Atlanta, Georgia

In the spirit of nurturing creative research, development, and action, The Goat Farm Arts Center and The Hambidge Center for Creative Arts & Sciences and have joined forces again to proudly present an unconventional public action project in Atlanta. FIELD EXPERIMENT 2016 aims to bring groundbreaking work to the surface with the following support: $20,000 commission, a residency, and collaborative production assistance to realize a prodigious vision for Atlanta. Priority will be given to work that is interactive, collaborative, and accessible to the public. We invite artists, scientists, architects, performers, and visionaries to work individually or collectively to create new paths for our city.
Call for Art: Public Art, Alamance Arts, Grahman, North Carolina

Alamance Arts is creating a park environment to serve as an educational and interactive setting for area children. Through child friendly sculptures, sound sculptures, and educational gardens, we will improve the quality of life in our community, as well as inspire the creative minds of area youth.
Alamance Arts is seeking NC, SC, GA, VA, TN , KY and FL artists to integrate permanent sculpture into the design of a new Art Park next to Alamance Arts, the Graham Public Library, and the Children’s Museum of Alamance County. The total art budget is $44,000.
Call for Art: 2016 Bonnaroo Call for Artists at Nashville International Airport, Nashville, TN

The Bonnaroo Works Fund in partnership with Arts at the Airport, are seeking proposals for 5 artistic Bonnaroo-themed displays at the Nashville International Airport in Nashville, Tennessee. The display, which will be suspended from the ceiling from March 14, 2016– January 22, 2017, encompasses 5 skylights located in the airport concourses on the secure side of the terminal. Each selected artist will receive an honorarium of $2,000. The ideal project will be of highest artistic quality (any media) and communicate the Bonnaroo brand to new and familiar audiences through incorporation of the following project elements:
- Creative incorporation of iconic Bonnaroo festival elements. Other examples of iconic elements include the Bonnaroo Arch, Fountain, Fire Tower with Cuckoo Clock, fan atmosphere and the Bonnaroo infinity symbol. Please note the full Bonnaroo brand logo may not be included.
- Display of 2015 location (Manchester, Tennessee)
